Hi there, I’m Tom.

I work as a full-time commercial active lifestyle photographer for a variety of mountain resorts and outdoor brands, capturing uniquely human stories amidst awe-inspiring scenery.

Buffalo, NY born and bred, cold climate is quite literally in my DNA. Curiosity brought me Upstate to the Adirondacks, where I precariously balanced studies in photojournalism and fine art photography with a desire to seek out adventure in remote landscapes. Passion brought me west to Park City, UT, and then serendipitously, community brought me home to Vail, CO, where I now live, work and play.

Nearing ten years in Vail, I’ve produced, directed and photographed a variety of commercial productions for ski resorts, outdoor lifestyle brands, and tourism hubs in the surrounding area. A rigorous, but safety-first work ethic stems from years of adventuring in the alpine backcountry. Working from sunup to sundown, I purposefully place products and people in their appropriate elements, and together, we harness the unique drama and grandeur that only Mother Nature can provide.
